Welcome to Rajpal Sarpanch Taxi Service. By booking a taxi or tempo traveller with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All bookings must be made in advance for outstation travel. In most cases, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due at the start or during the trip, as agreed upon. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 30% cancellation fees. No refunds are provided for no-shows without prior notice.
Our vehicles are offered strictly for the route and duration agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional charges will apply if the customer extends the trip in terms of time or distance. Customers are responsible for toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes unless otherwise specified during booking.
All drivers associated with Rajpal Sarpanch Taxi Service are licensed and professionally trained. While we strive for punctuality and safety, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen events. Inappropriate behavior by passengers may result in the immediate termination of the trip without any refund.
Customers are expected to take care of their personal belongings during the journey. The company will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced items. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers, whether intentional or accidental, will be charged accordingly. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Rajpal Sarpanch Taxi Service shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss during the trip, including missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays beyond our control. Lastly, any disputes or legal matters arising from our services will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hisar, Haryana.
